Pak-India cricket relations

The Indian cricket team in action in the Wankh...
According to media news Indian and Pakistan cricket boards have agreed to start cricket relations between both countries. According to Indian Board chairman Pakistan team will visit India in December this year for playing three one day internationals and two T20 matches.

Pakistan cricket board chairman Zaka Ashraf appreciated Indian board decision to restore cricket relations with Pakistan. After Mumbai attacks India suspended all cricket relations with Pakistan and also banned Pakistani player from playing IPL cricket.

Compared to other sports cricket is very popular in both countries and peoples want to see their teams in action. Unfortunately due to political uncertainty cricket relations are also in trouble between both countries. In last world cup group match India beat Pakistan and Pakistan won T20 championship in presence of strong Indian team. True reality is that after retirement of several key players both teams are passing through reconstruction processes. After match fixing scandals and poor performance of both teams graph of cricket is falling in subcontinent. Several star players have already left cricket and new players are not able to fill the gap created after retirement of star players.
